

Any potential new recruit at Pret goes through the following steps:

All applicants need to fill out an online application form which you can do either at the Recruitment Centre or by clicking here. If you do visit us at the Recruitment Centre our team of advisors will be happy to help you complete your application and answer any questions you may have.

Once we've received your Application Form we'll evaluate it against our strict criteria and if you are successful we'll contact you to arrange an interview where we'll give you a better picture of life in Pret. We'll ask a few questions to learn a little more about you and we're sure you'll have a few questions for us. If the interview goes well (which we hope it will), we'll invite you to attend a Pret Experience Day.

There's no better way of finding out if you would enjoy working at Pret than trying it for yourself. Our Experience Day will see you working as part of the team in a shop for a whole day. You get to check us out and we get to check you out. At the end of the day, each member of the team tells the manager whether they think you'd be a good fit at Pret and the manager tells you there and then whether you've been successful. If unfortunately you haven't, we'll explain why and pay you for the day's work that you've done. If you are successful (hurrah!) you'll be welcomed into the team and the hours you've worked will be included in your first week's pay.
