The Pret Behaviours

Over the years, our staff and managers have documented what they believe makes a really successful 'Pret Person'. These are called the Pret Behaviours. Each one is put into the "Don't Want To See", "Want to See" and "Pret Perfect!". Actually, it's pretty obvious stuff but it helps to write it down and remember it! It applies to everybody, from our CEO, Clive Schlee, to the Team Member on his or her first day.

These Pret Behaviours are used from recruitment to appraisal and for giving feedback to all our people.
